Our project aimed to deliver a full fabrication package for a steel structure supporting a gold mine. The structure consisted mainly of steel platforms, walkways and a stair tower with some additional steel. Completing this project presented its fair share of challenges, primarily due to demanding time constraints and the fact that the design wasn't fully finalized before we commenced steel detailing. However, despite these obstacles, with significant effort from our team and great communication with our client, we managed to overcome them successfully.

Primary objective was to finish the 3D model in the most efficient way possible while meeting all of our client's needs so that we could get to the detailing phase, and finally, completing the fabrication package with material lists and cnc files within the agreed time schedule.

Early in the project, we encountered unexpected design modifications resulting by changes in client requirements and regulatory standards as well as some missing information. Through effective communication and collaboration with architects and engineers, we quickly adapted to these changes without compromising project timelines. Regular meetings, progress reports, and digital communication platforms facilitated seamless coordination and decision-making, enabling us to address issues promptly and proactively. By remaining flexible, responsive, and solution-oriented, we empowered team members to innovate, problem-solve, and overcome obstacles with confidence and resilience.

The successful completion of this steel structure project stands as a testament to the dedication, expertise, and collaborative spirit of our team. Despite facing formidable challenges along the way, we remained steadfast in our commitment to excellence, ultimately delivering a steel structure of this size that exceeds client expectations and enriches the community.
