As part of our ongoing commitment to improving the way engineering projects are delivered, Week 2 of Cadeli Updates introduces three significant upgrades to our workflows. While Week 1 focused on expanding technical capabilities, this week highlights the systems and processes that ensure projects remain clear, predictable, and easy to coordinate, for both our clients and our internal teams.
1. Variation Checklist System – Clarity from Day One
Variations are a natural part of any engineering project, but the frustration often comes from discovering them late. Our new Variation Checklist System removes that uncertainty by sharing the full variation log with the client from the start of the project.
Every additional task, change in scope, or unexpected requirement is documented immediately and visible in real time. This allows clients to understand the reasoning behind extra work early enough to make informed decisions, avoiding misunderstandings and unpleasant surprises later in the timeline.
2. Drawing Control Spreadsheet System – A Higher Standard of Accuracy
Drawing quality directly affects fabrication, installation, coordination, and cost, which is why we’ve introduced a new drawing-control framework. This system standardizes the review process for dimensions, clarity, and consistency across all drawings we deliver.
By analysing recurring issues from previous projects and systematically eliminating them, we’ve managed to reduce missing dimensions by up to 99%. The outcome is documentation that is easier to read, verify, and use on-site, minimizing the potential for rework and delays.
3. Active Communication – Direct Access to Engineers
Fast communication is essential for avoiding bottlenecks. To support this, clients now have direct access to our engineers via Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Viber, or phone, eliminating unnecessary back-and-forth and keeping information flowing smoothly.
Whether it’s a quick clarification or a deeper technical discussion, reaching the right person no longer requires waiting. This helps the project move faster and ensures all parties remain aligned throughout the process.

Week 3 Updates Are Coming Soon**
With Week 2 now released, we’re continuing to refine and strengthen the way our teams and clients work together. The next set of improvements is already in preparation, and we’re looking forward to sharing them soon.
Stay tuned for more.
